Microsoft Word - Level 2

This session will cover the more advanced tools in Microsoft Word, including tables, advanced toolbars, advanced formatting and printing, track changes, and reviewing.

Microsoft Word - Level 3

This session will include advanced features of Microsoft Word, including mail merge, Macros, charts & graphs, embedding, and reference tools.

Microsoft PowerPoint 2003

 

All sessions are $35.00

 

Microsoft PowerPoint - Level 1

This session will cover an in-depth look at the PowerPoint interface, the basics of creating a presentation. This will include everything needed to give a professional presentation using PowerPoint.

Microsoft PowerPoint - Level 2

This session will cover more advanced tools in PowerPoint, including adding pictures, photos, movies, integrating other Office Applications, and crating custom slide shows from existing presentations.

Microsoft PowerPoint - Level 3

This session will cover advanced features in PowerPoint, including additional uses for PowerPoint, embedding, and using PowerPoint to create HTML presentations.

Using Facebook

This session will cover using Facebook to promote your business, including creating a Facebook page for your business, recruiting "fans" and using your page for promotions and events.

Productivity and Organization

$50.00
This session includes tips on productivity and organization in the work place, both in the physical work place, including office layout and filing systems as well as computer file systems and tips on using the computer more efficiently. Instructors will use real life examples and provide hands on opportunities to help you increase your workplace efficiency and get more done in an hour, a day, a week, etc!!! You will gain skills and tips that you can begin using immediately.

All online classes are given through the Go To Meeting service. This service allows for participants to join online to view the session and provides two audio options; a toll long distance conference line or VOIP (voice over IP) via a computer headset. Valley TechTrain recommends connecting via VOIP with a good quality computer headset. A headset can be purchased at Radio Shack, Walmart or any similar location. If you have questions regarding connecting to an online session, please contact us.
